The first ever special release from Cape Byron and also the first over 50%. It's a beauty! This whisky was developed by the Cape Byron team specifically for TWL Whisky Lovers and it is fantastic. The majority is from an unpeated Bourbon cask finished in Chardonnay cask, but there's a choice amount of peated Bourbon cask married into it to give earthiness and complexity.
