Ingredients:
40ml Rainforest Gin
15ml Yuzushu
15ml Hourisen Kanjuku Umeshu
30ml Lemon Juice
10ml Yuzu Kosho Syrup
30ml Soda (to top)
Method:
Shake all ingredients and double strain into a coupette. Top with 30ml soda.
