We are looking for an individual who identifies as a storyteller & customer service superstar with a dynamic personality & a keen interest in distilled spirits. A connection with nature and a willingness to learn and being a team player are also essentials!

Cape Byron Distillery, established in 2016, is located in the hinterland of Byron Bay on the Brook family farm. The property itself has been regenerated completely – what was once a rundown dairy farm, is now home to a thriving subtropical rainforest and a picturesque macadamia orchard. A beautiful by-product of that regeneration journey is the gin we produce here. Everything created at Cape Byron Distillery is closely tied to the land where it is made. We have our award-winning Brookie’s Byron Dry Gin, our Brookie’s Slow Gin, our Mac. Liqueur and we’ve also got whisky in the works! Our cellar door is where people can come to taste these exciting products, learn the art of distillation, and immerse themselves in the rainforest where they can become well acquainted with the botanicals we use. Our cellar door staff act as our onsite experts on everything there is to know about distillation, our products, and the rainforest, all the while reflecting the community values of Byron Bay and the culture of our business.
