Re-use our 15L jug to batch prep your cocktails.
Our easy to remove tap, allows ease of access to fill with cocktail ingredients.
Screw the tap back on, shake the jug to mix ingredients and then decant using the tap into 700ml empty bottles to store in your fridge ready for service.

Batch prepped cocktails have many benefits to high volume cocktail service including:

Efficiency of service.
Consistency in cocktails from one person to the next.
Accuracy of ingredients, ideal for stock ordering and for stock take.
Less skill required for the cocktail service.
Ease of service when you don’t have access to all of the bar equipment like an
outdoor event.

A general rule of thumb to note:
Batch prepped cocktails are best consumed within 1-2 days of prepping
Use a large vessel (like the 15L jug to prepare your cocktail batch, then decant into 700ml bottles for ease of service.
Store batch prepped cocktails in the fridge.
Option to add water dilution to the batching, to skip the step of mixing with ice
(shaken or stirred).
Average of 10ml of water per cocktail
Cocktails with no fresh ingredients have a longer shelf life if stored in fridge.
Don’t use ingredients with bubbles in prep, they will go flat before service eg. tonic or sparkling wine.
Prep your garnishes based on quantity of drinks batch prepped ahead of service.
