SLOW WATERMELON PUNCH
~
Glass: Tumbler
Garnish: Mint Sprig
Method: Mix everything in a carved watermelon w/ice
Ingredients:
240ml Brookie’s Byron Slow Gin
480ml Watermelon Juice
60ml Lime Juice
480ml Soda Water
2 x handfuls of Mint Leaves


SUGAR PLUM PUNCH
~
Glass: Rocks Glass
Garnish: Davidson Plum Powder or Festive Flowers
Method: Shake vigorously with ice & double strain over ice.
Ingredients:
80ml Brookie’s Byron Slow Gin
45ml Oat Milk
15mL Fresh Lemon Juice
10mL Sugar Syrup
A healthy bar spoon of Brookie’s GinJam


BERRY LITTLE CHRISTMAS
~
Glass: Champagne Flute or Coupette
Garnish: A singular raspberry
Method: In a cocktail shaker muddle together raspberries, sugar, and gin. Double strain & top with sparkling wine. Add two dashes of orange bitters
Ingredients:
45mL Brookie’s Dry Gin
5 or so Fresh Raspberries
15mL Sugar Syrup
Sparkling Wine
Orange Bitters


RUM PLUM PUM PUNCH
~
Glass: Punch bowl and glasses
Garnish: Frozen Pineapple, Lemon Wheels and Native Rosemary
Method: Combine all ingredients in a punch bowl
Ingredients:
500mL Brookie’s Slow Gin
400mL Pineapple Juice
400mL Jamaican Rum
400mL Lemonade
200mL Fresh Lemon Juice


NUTCRACKER COLADA
~
Glass: Hurricane Glass
Garnish: Grated macadamia and a mango slice. Umbrella is optional but recommended
Method: Muddle mango and rum together in a cocktail shaker. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into an ice-filled glass.

20mL Jamaican Rum
30mL Fresh Lime Juice
