In order to constitute a valid entry into the Competition, entrants subscribe to Cape Byron Distillery and Crystalbrook Byron databases by entering their email address, name, and receipt with the purchase of Brookie’s product at https://capebyrondistillery.com/endless-summer/ Accepted files for submitting the receipt are: jpg, jpeg, gif, png, pfd, Max. file size: 3 MB. Entrants may enter the competition as many times as they like using each time different purchase receipts, one entry per one receipt.
4. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
5. The competition commences on Monday 30th of January 2023 at 3 pm AEST and closes Sunday 30th of April 11:59 pm AEST. The winner will be picked at random by Cape Byron Distillery and the winners will receive Crystalbrook Byron – 2-night stay for 2 people at Crystalbrook Byron in a Luxe Suite with daily breakfast included, subject to availability. Not available over blackout dates, public holidays, or school holidays. Expiry date: 28 February 2024. Return flights for 2 people valued at $800. Expiry date: 28 February 2024. Cape Byron Distillery Rainforest & Gin Tour for 2 people. Expiry date: 28 February 2024. 6. The winners’ selection will take place at Cape Byron by Friday the 19^th of May. The Promoter’s office is located at 80 St Helena Road, McLeods Shoot, 2479, NSW.
7. The prize winners will be notified by email. The Promoter’s decision is final and conclusive. We will send the prize details directly to the winner after a proof of 18+ identification is provided.
8. The promoter will request the winners to provide proof of identity and age in order to claim the prize. Proof considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. If a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
9. If this Competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Competition, as appropriate.
10. Prize/s must be claimed by 26^th May 2023. If prize is not claimed Cape Byron Distillery reserves the right to draw new winners within 7 days.
11. The use of any automated entry software, or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter the Competition repeatedly, is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
12. Employees of the Promoter are not eligible to enter this Competition.
13. You must be over the age of 18 to enter and resident in Australia.
14. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including, but not limited to the following:

1. • any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);

5. Entries to the competition will be measured from invoice data provided by Ontapdata.
6. The competition commences on Monday 13^th of September 2021 at 9am AEST and closes Sunday 7^th of November 11:59pm AEST.
7. One winner will be picked at random by Cape Byron Distillery and the winners will receive 1x Brookie’s Byron Getaway – valued at $2,500. Only those who have participated during the competition period are eligible for the prize.
8. The winner selection will take place at Cape Byron Distillery at Friday 19^th November 2021 at 1pm AEST. The Promoter’s office is located at 80 St Helena Road, McLeods Shoot, 2479, NSW. One prize will be awarded, and winner will be contacted by their email address.
9. The promoter will request the winners to provide proof of identity and age in order to claim the prize. Proof considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. If a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
10. Crystalbrook Byron – 2-night stay for 2 people at Crystalbrook Byron in a Luxe Suite with daily breakfast included. Subject to availability. Not available over blackout dates, public holidays, or school holidays. Expiry date: 30 November 2022.
11. Mez Club – dinner & drinks for the total value of $250. Expiry date: 30 November 2022.
12. Return flights for 2 people valued at $700. Expiry date: 30 November 2022.
13. Cape Byron Distillery Tours for 2 people including tastings. Expiry date: 30 November 2022.
14. The prize must be taken as stated and is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The Promoter will not be liable in the event that the winning entrant does not take, or is unable to use, the prize or any portion of it for any reason.
15. Prize/s must be claimed by 5pm (AEST) on Sunday 21^st November 2021. If prize is not claimed Cape Byron Distillery reserves the right to draw new winners within 7 days.

Draw Conditions

3. Entry is open to Australian residents only. Entrants must be over the age of 18. Excludes employees, board members and the immediate family members of the Promoter.
4. The competition is a game of skills in which eight winners will be drawn for the best cocktail/drink creations.
5. Competition commences on Monday 13th of September 2021 at 3pm AEST and closes on Sunday 7th November 2021 at 11:59pm AEST (Competition Period).
6. In order to constitute a valid entry in the competition, during the competition period entrants must:
   1. Follow @brookiesgin Instagram page
   2. Share on their Instagram story a photo or video of their favourite Brookie’s at home cocktail/drink & tag @brookiesgin and use hashtag #brookiesgetaway
   3. Have a public Instagram account
   4. Must be over the age of 18 and reside in Australia
7. Entry to the Competition is unlimited – one Instagram account can enter as many times as they like with a different cocktail/drink creation.
8. Cocktails/drinks will be judged on:
   1. Creativity – The wow factor.
   2. Vibe – Is there a Brookie’s Byron vibe?
   3. Appearance – Is it Instagram worthy? Does it look beautiful and delicious?
9. The entrants must be still meeting the requirements of entry upon drawing of the competition.
10. Entries not completed in accordance with these terms & conditions will be deemed invalid. Any incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
11. Entry in the Competition is free. The Promoter is not liable for internet connection charges and / or mobile data charges and service charges incurred by entrants in submitting an entry. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including delays due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
12. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The winner selection will take place at Cape Byron Distillery every Monday at 1pm AEST during the competition period. The Promoter’s office is located at 80 St Helena Road, McLeods Shoot, 2479, NSW. One ‘Staycation Hamper’ Prize (valued at $700) will be awarded per week. The winners will be announced every Monday at 4pm on @brookiesgin Instagram Page & contacted via Instagram Direct Messages for their email addresses.
14. One ‘Brookie’s Byron Getaway’ Prize (valued at $3,000) will be awarded on Monday the 8th of November 2021. The winner will be announced on Monday the 8th of November at 4pm on @brookiesgin Instagram Page & contacted via Instagram Direct Messages for their email addresses.
15. A panel of judges will select the winners based on the quality of their creation in line with point 8.
16. One ‘Staycation Hamper’ will be awarded every week for the best weekly creation.
17. One ‘Brookie’s Byron Getaway’ will be awarded at the end of the competition period to the top creation – which will be one of the winners of the ‘Staycation Hamper’.
18. The winners’ name will be published across Brookie’s Gin’s media channels.
19. The Promoter will request the winners to provide proof of identity and age in order to claim the prize. Proof considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. If a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
20. The ‘Staycation Hamper’ prizes will be shipped to the winners within 10 business days of the winner being selected. The ‘Brookie’s Byron Getaway’ winner will receive an email with prize details within 10 business days of the winner being selected.

27. The prize must be taken as stated and is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The Promoter will not be liable in the event that the winning entrant does not take, or is unable to use, the prize or any portion of it for any reason.
28. By entering into the competition, the entrant grants the Promoter permission to use, reproduce, communicate, publish their name for promotional and other related purposes without any payment or compensation to the entrant.
